- Definitions 1.1. Seller: AYR-antwerp, established in Belgium.1.2. Customer: Any natural person or legal entity placing an order via the website of AYR-antwerp.

- Orders 3.1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order through the website of AYR-antwerp and this order is confirmed by AYR-antwerp.3.2. AYR-antwerp reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if necessary.
- Prices and Payment 4.1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.4.2. Payment can be made via the payment methods listed on the website.4.3. AYR-antwerp reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Delivery 5.1. The delivery period is mentioned on the website and is indicative. Exceeding this term does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.5.2. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with AYR-antwerp until the moment of delivery to the customer.
- Returns and Exchanges 6.1. The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are unworn and in their original packaging.6.2. Costs and risks of return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
- Garantie 7.1. AYR-antwerp guarantees the quality of the delivered products. Any defects should be reported within a reasonable period after discovery.7.2. The warranty period is in accordance with the legal provisions.

- Applicable Law and Disputes 9.1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.9.2. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district in which AYR-antwerp is established.
